Business and operational development of regional airport

AA’s services were retained by an airport in Central Europe, with a mandate for advising on the commercial and operational development of the airport in anticipation of its inclusion in EU airspace. Task and project-driven consulting has included: infrastructure development due diligence and advising;  application and acquisition of funding; partnership building with local authorities. AA has represented the airport at numerous airport conventions and conferences, and has negotiated on the airport’s behalf with European Commission institutions.  As a result of that the airport has been able to influence vital decisions regarding security, safety upgrades and airport commercial growth
