Business plan and investment pitch for aircraft leasing company

AA was approached by investors interested in developing business aviation ventures in southern India. AA researched the market and proposed a variety of market entry strategies. AA assisted in the acquisition of a local operator, and the assembly of an initial fleet of aircraft. AA also advised on the legal and tax implications of aircraft acquisition, and partnered with the investors in setting up a leasing structure whereby the aircraft were imported to India. AA has supported the development of the operator’s business model, advising on the sales, marketing and specific customer acquisition. AA also helped procure private financing, and has led the development of investor memorandums prior to stock market listing.
