Legal counsel to global airline on route planning and AOC structure

AA was approached by an airline about to acquire a second airline, then operating in a different jurisdiction.  As part of the merger, the airline needed detailed advice on the appropriate operating certificate to retain.  That in turn needed an analysis of the most suitable environment for all aspects of the merged operations.  The work AA did was a mix of business planning, airline operation design and regulatory advice.
